1. Introduction

Welcome to Decode AI Dreamer (the “Service”), provided by AwakeTruth LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service, including our mobile apps, websites (e.g., decodedreamer.com), and related features. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent you have verifiable parental or guardian consent. You also confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms for yourself or the entity you represent.

2. The Decode AI Dreamer Service

The Service enables you to journal dreams, analyze patterns and symbols, and receive AI-generated interpretations and imagery. We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the Service, maintain security, or comply with law. Additional feature- or region-specific terms may apply and are incorporated by reference.

3. Your Use of the Service

3.1 Accounts & Security

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • Do not share your account, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3.2 Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, or infringing use.
  • No malware, reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing technical limits.
  • No attempts to access non-public areas or interfere with the Service.

3.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., dream logs, notes) (“User Content”). You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent you have necessary rights to your User Content and that it complies with law and these Terms. We may remove or disable access to content that appears to violate law or these Terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property Rights

Except for your User Content, the Service (software, designs, trademarks, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Free Trials. If offered, trials (e.g., 7 days) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Billing & Refunds. Billing, taxes, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
  • Price Changes. We may change prices or plans. Where required, we will notify you and provide options to accept changes or cancel.

6. AI Outputs & Disclaimers

At your request, the Service may send prompts and portions of User Content to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google) to generate interpretations or imagery. AI outputs are algorithmically generated and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You are solely responsible for your reliance on AI outputs.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard data, including our use of Supabase (authentication/storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions), analytics/crash reporting, and AI providers. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

8. Problems & Disputes

8.1 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (IF ANY).

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

8.4 Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Where permitted, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Tennessee courts.

8.5 Class Action Waiver

Where permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

9. About These Terms

  • Changes. We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use means acceptance.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Assignment. We may assign these Terms (e.g., merger, acquisition). You may not assign without our prior written consent.
